Dieses Training stärkt gezielt Bauch, Rücken, Beine und Gesäß. Durch abwechslungsreiche Übungen mit Körperspannung und Konzentration werden Kraft, Haltung und Ausdauer verbessert.
Faszien & Geräte
Faszien werden durch Dehnen, Federn, Spüren und Rollen aktiviert. Kleine Trainingsgeräte wie Hanteln, Therabänder, Mini-Bänder, Faszienrollen und Bälle sorgen für zusätzliche Reize.

Class Content
This class targets the abs, back, legs, and glutes. A mix of exercises with body tension and focus helps improve strength, posture, and endurance.
Fascia & Equipment
Fascial activation through stretching, bouncing, sensing, and foam rolling. Small tools like dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, rollers, and various balls add intensity and variety.
